The Selection Process
The selection happens in three stages for most posts:

Preliminary Exam: The selection process will commence with the preliminary exams. The exam is online, like screen text. Reasoning and number ability questions will be asked.

Main Exam: This is the second online test. It is tougher than preliminary. The questions will be more complicated. For Officer Scale-II and III, there is a single online exam instead of two.

Interview: Only candidates who clear the Main Exam for Officer posts will be called for an interview. There is no interview for the Office Assistant (Clerk) post.
The final selection is based on your marks in the Main Exam (for Office Assistant) or Main Exam + Interview (for Officer posts).
